The Best Training Available - Each new associate has an evaluation session with their Regional Vice President (RVP) to help determine their individual technical, sales and systems needs. Working alongside dedicated regional trainers, the RVP works with new associates one-on-one to provide thorough knowledge of how to get their business off the ground and the very best for each client.

Continued Web Based Training - Through our proprietary on-line training, associates have access to HelmsBriscoe University (HBU) offering the most comprehensive training available within our industry. HelmsBriscoe remains committed to making sure our associates have the critical skills and information related to our industry and our core business, site selection.

Ongoing Guidance and Support - HB offers training through annual company-wide meetings, quarterly regional meetings and an optional annual Business Advancement Training Course. Finally, HelmsBriscoe supplements each associate's training with our knowledge base which contains a tremendous amount of "best practices" gathered from over 15 years of experience in the industry.

Unmatched Customer Service - The average associate handles between 12 and 15 accounts, utilizing tools such as our customized hotel search engine and our proprietary experiential database from clients, meeting planners and more than 900 associates. With that kind of power at their fingertips, associates can typically guarantee their clients a response within 48 hours and therefore, take on as many clients as they want.

Extraordinary Earning Potential - This is completely up to the individual. Many of our associates make significant six figure salaries, while some elect to supplement their family income with part-time work and related earnings. You can work as much or as little as you want and you determine your earnings and "hours of operation". You are in control of your own destiny.

Client Centric - We believe that each meeting is a unique event and contracts should reflect the needs of the specific program and tailored to the terms and concessions that are important to each individual client. For that reason, HB does not force anyone into a standard agreement. We do, however, retain a database of common contract clauses whose verbiage is applicable to our industry and are generally acceptable to the various supplier brands and hotel ownership groups.
